🍷 Being one of, if not the first, virtual wine tasting experiences is something we are incredibly proud of. 🙅♂️ No VC funding. 🙅♂️ No investors. ✔ Just sweat equity and long hours. Here is another topic we pride ourselves on: selecting wines that you can buy. ⬅ 🚫 We will never work with a set four-pack of wine or small samplers. That's too limiting. What fun is there in that? 🚫We won't work with a few key wineries only or cloak our tastings into a general tasting when it's really a tasting for a specific distributor. 🚫We won't hold an event and require your guests to purchase a set amount of wines. 🚫We don't sell wine. 💜 After thousands of events, our clients continue to tell us how much they appreciate the care we take in selecting wines that can be purchased at a retailer or online. Of course, this varies by state laws or distributors. 👊 There you have it. We will continue to operate as we have since Day 1. Navigating the world of wine is incredibly daunting, with so many rules and regulations that will make your head spin. But it's important to us to introduce as many varietals and price points to our customers. Thanks for the years of support, everyone! We are exciting to host these upcoming Spring events with you! https://lnkd.in/g6nmsaXr hello@bottlesnation.com #wineevents #virtualwineevent #winetasting #wine #sommelier

Emmy-Winning Marketer | Founder | Digital Technologist | Industry Speaker | Promoter of Gen X and EVs | Former Orbitz, Motorola & Edelman | Helping you build and grow your own business and personal brand
When subject matter expertise meets necessity. That's how Michael Bottigliero and I created the online experience for wine tastings and more. His deep client base and my years of building digital things merged to create something pretty fantastic. And we are both Generation X. We built the concept and processes. >The virtual side of Bottles Nation led to 1,000 events in the first 10 months >For close to two years, we were the sole source of income for many out of work beverage experts around the country. >We created a million dollar business by taking what we knew and applying digital tools to make it something new. If you are a GenXer, you have loads of experience in a field that can be shifted to something else - you just may not know it yet. #genx #midlife #midcareer

🍷✨ What a great experience tasting wines at the Discount Tasting for WEINWIRTSCHAFT. The focus was on Italian and Spanish wines. The level of flawed wines was low, with the quality overall being quite good for this category. 🍇🍾 #WineTasting #ItalianWine #SpanishWine #Weinwirtschaft #QualityWines #WineLovers #sustainawines

How to Read Italian Wine Labels 🍷 Italian wine labels can seem complex at first glance, but they actually contain a wealth of information once you know what to look for. Next time you're feeling puzzled by an Italian wine label, focus on spotting these key features to understand more about the wine. 🍷Wine Type 🍷Region 🍷Classification 🍷Wine Name 🍷Producer Name Italians use three distinct methods to inform you about the type of wine in the bottle, which includes listing the: 🍇Grape Variety as in “Montepulciano d’Abruzzo” 🍇By Region or sub-region, such as “Chianti” 🍇By Name such as “Sassicaia” (sass-ah-ki-yah) For a deeper dive into wines and their labels, sign up for our WSET Level 2 course. https://lnkd.in/dXnVpKJu Cheers 🥂 #sonalhollandwineacademy #winecourses #wine #learnwines #italy #winelabels #wset #wset2

Avoiding illustrious geographical indications and going for lower ones would be an alternative to trying more affordable wines from the same regions as these fine wines. Anyway, this is not the only possibility. Check the carousel and try these options, I'm sure some will be unexpected! ❓Which ones sound new to you? #wine #winetips #sommelier

According to recent surveys by Dry Atlas (specialists in non-alc): The top reason that their subscribers said that had not bought any non-alc wine was "...taste, saying they're skeptical that they’ll approximate the real deal" And another of their surveys said that 40% of non-alc wine consumers had never purchased a brand more than once. We understand completely these points of view. A key part of Bolle Drinks plan is to demonstrate the quality of the product. Competitions, from senior judges in the wine community, is one part of that plan. Winning the PLATINUM medal at a Sommeliers competition is a good first step. And, what makes a customer buy more than once? Simple - provide a great product that customers enjoy. A message received today from a somm doing a tasting He took one taste and said “this is f****** incredible …. this is really exceptional” #incredible #nonalcoholic #wine #sommelier
