We've noticed a trend at GoGenerosity When businesses share about their charity partners' and the impact their own and their customers' generosity has, they get an uplift in pay-it-forward donations. Here's why sharing your impact matters: 1. It thanks your customers - Gratitude goes a long way. By publicly acknowledging the customers who pay-it-forward and showing them the result of their donations, you make them feel appreciated. 2. Inspires more generosity - Actions speak louder than words. Sharing real stories of impact encourages others to join in and pay-it-forward next time they shop with you. 3. It cements you in the community. Business is more than just transactions; it's about community. By sharing your social good impact you become a clear part of the community, caring about the people in it.

Disaster-relief charities have long contended with sudden influxes of attention and donations. But any nonprofit could face this enviable “problem.” While your nonprofit is in a period of relative calm, consider how you might handle it. For example, track normal website traffic so you’ll recognize when interest in your organization is surging. Make sure you can get in touch with board members, who may need to make quick disaster-related and financial decisions, and new volunteers, who will want to do their part. Also, be prepared to capitalize on any surge of media interest in your nonprofit and turn it into long-term support.https://bit.ly/3PUe3qO
