Milestone drop: first 10k deliveries done 🏁 Next stop 10k deliveries per month by the end of the year. Since we went live earlier this year in mid march we have had some major learnings: - Ratings and placement on aggregators are primordial: Our Pizza Project brands is underperforming in terms of rating (4.2) and is also in terms of absolute order numbers. -> We stopped it and will rework the product and positioning. If we dont manage to turn it around, we will kill it. - HR is key: Every restaurateur is struggling to hire and retain quality employees, we are no different! -> We will soon introduce our new HR strategy, highest paid Ghostkitchen Staff in Switzerland, Wellness Package, Benefits etc... - Success is obvious: When we launched SmashClub & Studio Kebab we saw immediate traction, high ratings (4.8 / 4.7) high monthly reordering rates (25-30%), we double down on performing virtual restaurants and focus ressources on high potential concepts. - When it rains it pours: Hard work and persistence will pay off in the long run.
