Staff Don't even have the manners to address the customer, I was standing at the counter for more than 15 minutes and the staff didn't even bother to ask me, and when I asked they told me to wait at the counter as the executive is aligned with some another job : though the another executive who take my order Miss. Domino's Domino's Pizza **Disappointing Experience with Domino's Delivery Service** I recently had a very disappointing experience with Domino's at their C-8 Vasant Kunj location in Delhi(India). I placed an order (Order No. 71) which was delivered late. According to their policy, a late delivery entitles the customer to a free pizza. When I called to inquire about this, I encountered extremely rude behavior from both the delivery boy, Sameer, and the manager, Keshav. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction was truly disheartening. As a long-time customer, I expect better service and a respectful approach when addressing issues. I hope Domino's India takes note of this incident and ensures better training for their staff to handle such situations with the courtesy and professionalism that their customers deserve. #CustomerService #Dominos #Delhi #VasantKunj #CustomerExperience
