Do you wanna see what you get for $475,000 in Washington, DC? Let's check it out. Today we're in Marshall Heights giving you and this house a second chance. Why a second chance? Well, it turns out this one was under contract. And, well, now it's not. You know, sometimes it happens, and sometimes that can cast a stigma on the property itself. But much like I did, don't be afraid to ask the agent what happened. And while none of my business to share why it fell apart, I felt assured knowing that it had nothing to do with either the condition of the home or the appraisal of the property. Upon checking out for myself, this place is solid renovated. Nicely and someone has to be super happy with it once they get their hands on it. More of the story is keep an open mind and ask as many questions as possible. Let me know in the comments, is this a place you could see yourself loving?
