🌟 May is Mental Health Awareness Month! 🌟 During this important month, let's remember that mental health matters every day. 🌱 🧠 If you know someone who is struggling, here are three simple steps you can take: 1️⃣ Reach out: A simple message or phone call can make a world of difference. Let them know you're there for them. 2️⃣ Listen: Sometimes, all someone needs is someone to listen without judgment. Offer a compassionate ear and validate their feelings. 3️⃣ Seek help: Encourage them to seek professional support if needed. Resources like the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (988) and suicide prevention websites are available 24/7. You can also reach out to us here at Recovia. We are here to help: 480-712-4600 📞 Together, let's break the stigma and support each other in our mental health journeys. This year's World Mental Health Day theme is 'Mental Health at Work'. Employers: What are doing to make mental health a priority to safeguard against burn-out and keep retention high? Employees: How do you feel your organization does at spotlighting and prioritizing mental health in the workplace? Entrepreneurs/Self-employed: Do you prioritize your mental health and well-being in the ways needed and required for you to be optimal in your work and with clients? Mental health IS health. 🧠 Break the stigma. #worldmentalhealthday #brainhealth #breakthestigma #mentalhealthishealth

Today is World Suicide Prevention Awareness Day, a day to promote awareness and support for mental health. Today holds personal significance for me, as I have been personally been impacted by suicide loss. My loss happened when I was just 17 - such a tender age and so long ago, but it still hurts. Today is a reminder of the importance of checking in on loved ones, offering support, kindness, and an empathetic ear. Let’s work together to treat others as we wish to be treated. #MentalHealth #SuicidePreventionAwarenessMonth #SuicidePrevention

September is National Suicide Prevention Month, a time to raise awareness, foster understanding, and offer support to those who may be struggling. It’s important to remember that mental health challenges can affect anyone, and reaching out for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. If you or someone you know is struggling, please know that you are not alone. There are resources and people ready to help. Together, we can break mental health stigma and create a supportive community for all. #SuicidePreventionMonth #YouAreNotAlone #MentalHealthMatters #BreakTheStigma
