I’m often asked about the types of programs and projects I’ve managed. To understand the range of my experience, it might be easier to explain how I got here. During my 24 years in the IT industry, I have seen the landscape transform in numerous ways. One of the most significant shifts in my journey was the transition from a career as a network administrator, where I was managing projects part-time, to a program director, where I am now overseeing projects and programs full-time. I’m happy to share some of the key moments and significant projects that have shaped my professional path and led me to where I am today. After attaining multiple IT certifications (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Active Directory, Exchange Administration, Network+, IP, etc.) and broad senior network administrator experience, I pivoted. I pivoted because my passion is projects! Major projects that bring the strategic vision of a company to life… that’s what I love. When you’re passionate about your career, that’s when magic happens. That’s the sweet spot, and I think it makes all the difference. Stay tuned!
