What about the customers you’ve charged $700 without their consent (me!) or CC authorization the *two* defunct customer support phone numbers that do not operate during business hours despite the recording and countless unanswered support tickets?
Okay, so it's not just me. Good to know. Still unfortunate that I thought I had finally found adequate care and I am right back to square one with no medication and no one responding to my messages. My doctor left the practice and no one even told me, nor was I reassigned someone else. I'm going to have to cancel my membership and go back to zocdoc to find someone to provide me with adequate care.
These are just bunch of people trying to scam, they are charged me monthly payment , left me without any prescription, doctor cancel my appointment twice, please stop playing with peoples health, that's the least they should be doing
Please do not subscribe to this. They prescribed me medication 6 weeks ago and my therapist hasn’t been communicating with me since. On top of that, they haven’t filled my prescription request after submitting 4 requests. There’s no support number, they have a 3 day SLA which they’ve never met for me. Please do not subscribe.
