Midweek procrastination is tempting, but this one's changing my life, especially for instant gratification lovers! ✨ Instead of using a timer to count down (and stress out as the seconds tick away), count UP !! Yes I said it . Count UP ! 🤩 Here's the idea: 1. Set a goal for how much time you want to spend on a task over a certain period (day, week, month). 2. Every time you work on that task, hit start on your timer and watch the time accumulate. 3. See that number grow and get a hit of dopamine each time!
