Patient surveys can lead to many great outcomes, if done well. Are you asking the right questions? .... Creating a patient, or HCP, survey may seem simple. But, it is important to consider that: 👉 The right questions need to be answered 👉 Enough patients need to answer the questions 👉 The answers should benefit all involved 👉 The desired outcomes need to be understood from the outset 👉 The right stakeholders should be involved 👉 The questions should not lead to bias 👉 Data should be analysed with an appropriate measure 👉 The patient group that answers should be representative 👉 Different approaches may be needed for different countries & communities 👉 Data provides the evidence, but only action drives change Surveys may seem like a simple tool, but a successful patient survey requires much greater thought, engagement and expert guidance to ensure that outcomes are useful, meaningful, unbiased, representative and compliant. Seeing #behindpatienteyes, can lead to many opportunities to support and access more patients, by understanding patient journeys, needs, expectations, decisions, views and options. 💡 Do you agree?
