"With years of experience supporting medical professionals, think of me as your career's best advocate, always working hard to ensure you achieve the success you've earned."👩⚕️🏥.
As a recruiter in the healthcare industry, I cannot stress enough the importance of primary care in the healthcare world. Primary care serves as the foundation for individuals' overall health and well-being, as it focuses on preventive care, early detection of health issues, and management of chronic conditions. By establishing a strong relationship with a primary care provider, individuals can receive personalized and comprehensive care that addresses their unique needs and concerns. This not only leads to better health outcomes but also reduces the burden on the healthcare system by minimizing the need for costly emergency room visits and hospitalizations. In today's rapidly evolving healthcare landscape, prioritizing primary care is essential for promoting a healthier population and improving the overall efficiency of the healthcare system. 🏥💉👩⚕️👨⚕️🌡️ Let's continue to advocate for the value of primary care and its pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare. #PrimaryCareMatters #Healthcare #PreventiveMedicine

Lack of accountability in healthcare professionals........................ I was reflecting the other day on how healthcare professionals are rarely held accountable to their results (patient outcomes) GP's, Specialists, Allied Health are all included here The only thing we are held accountable to is our annual continuing professional development (CPD) points We could be hopeless are improving someones health, but that doesn't matter, it doesn't get measured 🤔 This is a frustration for me as the patients and referrers only want to know one detail............... PRICE If someone is cheaper, but doesn't achieve outcomes, they are more expensive 💡 The future of healthcare needs a universal objective outcomes tracker for healthcare providers based on their patients outcomes (questionnaires, blood results, anthropometric measures, dynamometric measures etc.) plus patient satisfaction measures The issue isn't poor healthcare professions, its the poor practitioners within those professions Then poor practitioners can be held accountable and patients can have better choice of providers as the information would be public I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments 👇 👇 👇 #health #exercisephysiology #workerscompensation #workerscomp #alliedhealth #healthcare

Rosa Crumpton, DNP, MBA, ARNP, FNP-C Crumpton emphasizes the vital role that a primary care provider plays in our health and wellbeing. Selecting the right provider is crucial for maintaining overall health and navigating the healthcare system effectively. Having a dedicated primary care provider ensures that you have a trusted partner in your health journey. This individual not only manages your routine check-ups and preventive care but also helps coordinate treatments for chronic conditions and referrals to specialists when needed. When choosing a primary care provider, consider these key factors: 1. **Qualifications and Experience**: Look for a provider who is board-certified and has experience in the areas that matter most to you. 2. **Compatibility**: It's important to find a provider with whom you feel comfortable discussing your health. A good rapport can make your healthcare experience more positive and productive. 3. **Accessibility**: Consider the location of the practice and the availability of appointment times. Make sure the provider’s hours align with your schedule for easier access to care. 4. **Patient Reviews**: Check online reviews and ask for recommendations from friends or family. Insights from other patients can provide valuable information about the provider's style and approach. 5. **Communication Style**: During your first visit, pay attention to how the provider communicates. Ensure they take the time to listen, answer your questions, and explain diagnoses and treatment options clearly. By being proactive in selecting a primary care provider, you empower yourself to take charge of your health. Don’t underestimate the importance of this relationship; it’s an essential foundation for a healthier future. Take the time to find someone who truly fits your needs—after all, your health deserves the best care possible! #primarycareprovider #primarycare #podcast
