HI DOORDASH! I just got off the phone with JACKIE because you guys stole money from my son, and are now refusing to refund it to him. Mind you... HE'S A MINOR. He placed a 13 dollar order, of which you refunded 3 dollars even though he canceled his order through the restaurant AND through your system. After spending 2 days on the phone, we've been told there simply isn't a way in your system to refund this money. SO here is what ten dollars is worth in my time in frustration. You'll find this post on every single one of your social media platforms, your yelp, your google profile... and redundantly until I feel better about it, or until I'm 100% positive that I've cost you 100X ten dollars in marketing NICE TO SEE YOU ARE NOT ACCREDITED BY THE Better Business Bureau. HOWEVER... Kofi Amoo-Gottfried I sent you a message. I took a career sabbatical and was probably one of your top Dashers over the last year working as much as 100 hours a week at one point. Hardly the greatest exhibition of my talents. I always try to better any organization I work with or for at any capacity. I elevated some feedback I think would be valuable to you and your organization, but all I had was a support email. I highly doubt that reached you. If you like, I would be happy to send that to you. Me I work for your company and I'm wondering why I had a accident on my way of doing a delivery and your company has not yet help me with getting my car fixed tell me what should u be doing about this because I was platinum and yet nobody wants to help me

The pay is terrible. U get paid tips only to go to the drop off. But on ur own going to the next pick up. I believe if u r dashing a person should get paid for time of drop off to getting the next order. With gas and having to get oil I don't even make half they money. It's just about not worth it and I'm platinum. But I love making people happy once it's delivered. Sometimes I feel like it's Christmas. Like leaving a gift at the front door. ( The door being the tree) Lmbo
