The gastrointestinal system is intricately linked with over 100 million nerve cells, essentially forming “the second brain.” Food that is ingested is essentially “information” that is sent from the gut to the brain because of these nerve cells.
When we choose “high value” foods, like grass-fed meats, wild caught fish, vegetables, and fruits, we embrace what I term “HIGH vibrational foods.” These items carry distinct energy that positively impacts our body, influencing sensations of hunger, energy, and overall well-being.
Conversely, opting for “LOW vibration foods” such as packaged items and cold cuts provides MINIMAL signals of serotonin, dopamine, and other neurotransmitters, potentially affecting our energy, health, and cognition.
Making conscious decisions to include high-vibration foods in our diet becomes a way to honor our bodies, transmitting positive energy to our cells.

3moWow! I am thrilled that one of my ideas has finally been implemented, even though I didn't get the chance to share it with you. I have so many more ideas, but I haven't been able to reach you Tony Xu . How can I share them if given the opportunity?
