Hello, My name is Shayanne Andujar, I am reaching out as a Fundraiser for SAXCAP, Inc., a dynamic investment firm with remarkable upside real estate investment opportunity. SAXCAP Opportunistic Fund currently has high-yielding/value-added real estate assets under contract with an estimated combined As Is value in excess of $300 million, with a cost basis to SAXCAP and its investors of around $150 million +/-.
