"Who is the customer here?" This question was played on repeat during my time at Amazon. In Adtech, one thing stands out - there's not enough focus on the customer. What's even more concerning is the confusion about who the customer really is. Hint: it's person consuming the product. This lack of focus has given rise to issues such as ad fatigue, banner blindness (thanks Alessandro De Zanche) and high adoption of ad blockers. It's crazy to think consumers are willing to install tools to prevent themselves from seeing an ad. At Tickle Global, our customers are the individuals who want to engage with ads but do not because of the broken system.
