Well, we got started 14 years ago now in 2009. We had 45 people that wanted to join the company. And for the first couple of months, we had no assets and no revenue. We had to find a way to get revenue pretty quickly. And amazingly, there were investors just parking money in other investment firms waiting for us to get our mutual fund up and running. And thanks to the team and their experience, after six months in business, we had in the mutual fund complex $1 billion in just the total return fund alone. Clients saw the value add of our risk integration approach to investing and I think that consistency of management resulted in a repeatable, proven process. So Double Line is a great place because we're so tight and cohesively integrated, yet at the same time very open to other people's perspectives. And I think new people coming into the firm with different perspectives, offering different opinions has been of huge value. What I like the most, you know, it's really collaboration, doing the best for clients and optimizing portfolios goes beyond your regular work. At our competitors, they work in a much more siloed or, you know, separate type of entity. When you work almost against each other in different groups, it's a lot different than at double line where, you know, we are working on the same side, we're rowing in the same direction. I think it's very different and very unique. Working with different departments is really nice. You appreciate how you work in an industry and you work with it at a company with a lot of smart people who bring a lot to the table. I wanna say the top of the lists are the people. Someone is always getting new ideas and they pass it along. They have no problem with sharing. You really stand by the notion that we want to do what's best for the client. At the end of the day, we want to provide the best service, whether again be from the investment perspective or all other facets for individuals to interact with us. Many of our portfolio managers have been working together on average for 15 years, and I think that consistency of management resulted in a repeatable, proven process. My philosophy about growing the firm has been to have a firm that doesn't compete with itself. I want everybody to be extremely happy when the person sitting next to them succeeds. I think what's really important about Double Line is that we foster a culture of creativity, a culture of people that are creative, that are interested in markets, that want to bring the best ideas. Why I joined Double Line is I knew it was a culture that I wanted to be a part of and I really welcome anybody who has interest in the markets that that really wants to be a part of a team to join the Double Line family.

I fully agree with Marco Vironda's comments regarding the importance of strategic and transparent communication in fund management changes. Clarity and predictability in these announcements not only enhance investor confidence but also contribute to market stability. Communicated transition and pre-announced change are practices that show respect to investors, allowing them to make informed choices. This approach should become a standard in the asset management industry, ensuring that all stakeholders are properly informed and can react proactively to changes. I fully support Vironda's call for greater transparency and planning in fund management change communications.
