Consumers have gotten used to the convenient ways that they can access their banking needs online and with an app securely: • The use of a mobile banking app has seen the biggest increase from a mere 9 per cent a decade ago to 30 per cent in 2024. • 48 per cent of consumers said they had increased their use of an app in the last few years, compared to 37 per cent in 2021.
