Circular Economy 101. What this chart implies is a redesign of products and a re-engineering of industrial processes from a zero waste and reuse perspective. At Produktif our Chief Engineer Ray Sheen is spearheading the Works unit that can deconstruct and re-route elements towards reuse, repurposing (up-cycling) or recycling ♻️ thus diverting materials from the waste stream. The redesign of products for zero waste implies a new process and scoring system that we have called Design for Assembly and Disassembly (DFAD), which is a method to shed light on the least wasteful labour processes to make circularity a reality.
