DOZ is excited to join the annual Student Accounting Society (SAS) picnic on August 30th! This event is how students raise the majority of their funding for events and scholarships. It's sure to be another fun day or networking, BBQ, and career chats at this kickoff event!

Women's equity is crucial at DOZ. Women are represented at every level in the audit and tax departments, and we are currently a majority woman-owned firm (55%!). According to the website for National Association of Women Business Owners, 39% of all privately held firms are women-owned (51% or more ownership). Looking at the state level, a study compiled by Simply Business showed that only 35.5% of small businesses (500 employees or less) in Indiana are women-owned. We are proud that DOZ is part of this 35.5%, but we are more proud that DOZ has created and fostered a culture in which women can succeed and be heard!
