- A review titled Effects of Lifestyle Interventions on the Improvement of Chronic Non-Specific Low Back Pain which was published on 20 Feb 2024 . - The main objective was to ana- lyze whether interventions aimed at modifying lifestyle can be effective in improving pain intensity and functional disability in CNSLBP. - A total of 20 studies were included for qualitative analysis, of which 16 were randomized clinical trials with a moderate–high methodological quality and were part of the quantitative analysis. - Interventions combining cognitive therapy with functional exercise programs, lumbar stabilization exercise, and resistance exercise effectively reduced pain intensity in chronic non-specific low back pain (CNSLBP) patients. Functional exercise programs, aerobic exercise, and standard care were most effective in reducing functional disability associated with CNSLBP. A multimodal intervention targeting lifestyle changes incorporating cognitive, behavioral, and physical aspects showed high effectiveness in improving pain intensity and functional disability in CNSLBP patients.
