5moDr. Chris - great leadership and initiative in the animal life as well as persons involved with them. It seems was the thing of the past. High time to include Environmental sustainability, care (Kemin is already in to it, as I believe, and was a ex Keminite) Down the line the customers and the end users need to be on boarded for these initiatives for better future of the planet. Inclusion of them makes a company unique along with whole lot of stakeholders.
