I've been having a number discussions with clients about the need to embark on culture transformation initiatives in their organizations. These conversations are no longer just from HR/People & Culture departments, but are now driven by C-suite leaders at the top. At CCM Consultancy, in our experience, a typical culture transformation takes at least 6-9 months to properly execute. Embedding the change in daily behaviors is key to ensuring that every employee lives out the new culture consistently. Check out the video below for an example of culture transformation initiative that we led with Takamol Holding. - We were tasked with bringing their corporate values to life, spending an entire week with employees. - One day was dedicated to the senior leadership team to ensure their ownership of the initiative, while the remaining days engaged the broader team in a gamified, interactive manner.
