If this is the situation with global super powers then it is the strongest evidence yet that Pakistan should not follow the western economic model. Because the best case scenario still involves mass starvation amongst the population. Maybe refer back to Allama Iqbal for inspiration as he said the following in a letter to Quaid e Azam dated 28th May, 1937 "After a long and careful study of Islamic Law I have come to the conclusion that if this system of Law is properly understood and applied, at last the right to subsistence is secured to every body. For Islam the acceptance of social democracy in some suitable form and consistent with the legal pnncp!es of Islam is not a revolution but a return to the original punty of Islam. There is not a single Islamic texts which instructs Muslim ummah to establish worldwide Islamic #caliphate based on #Sharia laws. Especially, you cannot even try to implement Shira law or try to educate people about the implementation of the Sharia law in non-Muslim (Western) countries. In this video, Sheikh Haitham Al Haddad (whom I personally met and attended #Dawah lectures in London Mosque) has exposed the fact how to infiltrate into the current #democratic (Non Islamic) system, start Dawah and then take over the system or turned the system into the Sharia system. This is what they were doing for the last few decades and you can clearly see how they seized the streets in support of #Hamas and that their people have successfully infiltrated into the #British political system. This is the menace of #PoliticalIslam.

Joint Account Holder and Inheritance. According to Islamic law, the assets and legacy of a deceased Muslim automatically devolve upon the legal heirs by operation of law. Islam is considered a complete code of life, and the determination of shares is attributed to Allah Almighty. The Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan designates Islam as the state religion, and any enactment conflicting with Islamic principles is prohibited. In the context of joint account holders, a survivor is entitled to receive the amount but must distribute it according to the legal shares of the heirs, and excluding other legal heirs is not valid under Muslim laws. Therefore, rules such as the Defense Saving Rules 1966 cannot take precedence over Muhammadan Law.

How do politics and Islam relate in Indonesia? While Indonesia is a secular state with a constitution that guarantees religious freedom, Islam plays a significant role in its politics. Several Islamic parties exist, and Islamic values often influence legislation and public policy. This is specifically true in the province of Aceh, on the northern tip of Sumatra. This providence has special autonomy and implements Sharia law. This is unique within Indonesia and is part of a peace agreement between the central government and separatist movements in Aceh.
