TTF-1 Anti-TTF-1 (Thyroid Transcription Factor 1) is useful in differentiating primary adenocarcinoma of the lung from metastatic carcinomas originating in the organs rather than thyroid, germ cell tumors, and malignant mesothelioma. It can also be used to differentiate small cell lung carcinoma from lymphoid infiltrates.

Clinical findings show TULSA is a promising prostate cancer treatment with minimal impact on urinary continence for thermal ablation of extreme apical lesions. Bispecific T cell engagers (TCEs) have shown efficacy in hematological cancers, yet addressing solid tumors remains challenging due to limited T cell infiltration and anergy. Moderate hypo-fractionation is the new standard of care for low and intermediate risk prostate cancer patients who chose to forgo active surveillance and choose radiotherapy. Image guided radiotherapy (IGRT) is highly recommended for either moderate or ultra hypo fractionation regimen. Toxicity remains the same for moderate hypo fractionation versus conventional fractionation, hence use of the former for better response due to low alpha beta ratio of prostate cancer with acceptable toxicity profile
