None of these rooms actually exist. They're all AI generated concept images. There are several websites that do this kind of thing for your living room, what we're trying to do with this special project at Anystays is create a set of styles that work well as serviced accommodation or hotel concepts. Currently it's mostly parameter tuning and hand picking good prompts but if these experiments go well we're going to start doing fine tuning runs on images from some of the best designed apartments. The base models are great but clearly there are still some issues with artefacts but I have a few ideas that we might be able to apply to improve. The transaction is still the most valuable asset in the travel industry. Not AI. The closer to the transaction (booking), the more valuable you become. If your AI application or technology makes or facilitates the travel transaction great. The further away your core product or service is from the transaction, the less you're worth. It seems most AI applications I've seen lately in travel are far from the transaction. Chatbots/AI Assistants - use AI to facilitate bookings. This seems like a use case closest to the transaction. If you process the transaction, make the booking, you’re still worth the most and one of the most valuable travel companies in the ecosystem.
