When was the last time, you were able to find a useful information on Google?
How long did it take you to scroll past all the dystopian AI generated web shops to find what you were actually looking for?
And what was your last conference like, anything useful? Or just FOMO and hype between sales pitches?
This is a serious question, who do you ask, when you are stuck?
Please don’t tell me, you hire BCG or McKinsey, because it seems all they do, is write down your questions, and then hire other companies who then go through Linked In to find potential experts to setup paid calls in order to collate those answers and present them back to you, answers to questions, that they often themselves don’t seem to understand. And so they don’t seem know if the answers even make sense.
At the end, they might leave you with a pile of expensive power points, and probably a lot of confusion.
So, what do you do? When you are desperate?
You call a friend.
