It’s the third edition of our magazine, and the more we feature the works of the famous and the yet-to-be-famous, I wonder how little we know or will ever know about the minds of artists. This magazine raises relevant questions and does its tiny bit for arts and artists/es. Do we aspire to be commercially successful (much like our artists!)? We let that not worry us. Do we fear we are not doing enough? We embrace our limitations. Do we cherish what we’re creating on these pages and the portal? Too much! And that will keep us going, day after day, edition after edition. Words: @purvagr Art:@mclalan_/

💡 Let's talk about raising your art prices. Many artists dread this, but here's a crucial reminder: your customers won't know the value of your art unless you tell them. Most are willing to pay a premium for your originals, so don't shy away from bringing it up. Need a comprehensive pricing strategy? We've got you covered: https://bit.ly/3Q3SBAb

It gets messier before it doesn't. (illustration by me 😊) “This is the only real concern of the artist, to recreate out of the disorder of life that order which is art.” - James Baldwin --- P.S. I completely agree with this illustration. Writing helps me untangle ‘messy’ thoughts and feelings, giving them structure and clarity. I can see connections by articulating my abstract ideas into words. Writing is not just about communication. It can be a journey of self-discovery to understand ourselves better, whether putting pen to paper or fingers to a keyboard. So, next time you feel overwhelmed by thoughts, grab a notebook or open a document. You might be surprised by the clarity that awaits! #WritingForClarity #SelfDiscovery #ClearMind

Ever feel like your mind is an overstuffed suitcase of ideas? 🎒 Before Writing: My brain is PACKED. Content jammed together with no room to breathe. 😵💫 I know there are golden nuggets in there, but everything feels jumbled up. During Writing: Cue the chaos.💥 Idea rabbit-holes. Sticky notes. Mindmaps. It’s a creative mess! After Writing: Suddenly, it all clicks.💡 A LinkedIn post. A learning experience. A resource that actually helps. Everything is sorted, folded, and ready to deliver impact. 🙌 👉 Writing isn’t just about creating content. It’s how I organise my mind to make complex ideas SIMPLE and actionable for learners. Because if I can’t think clearly, how can I expect others to learn clearly? 🛠️ TRY THIS: 💥 Set a 10-minute timer. 💥 Brain dump your messiest idea. 💥 No editing. No structure. Just let it out. It might be your next business venture or book. The mess is part of the process. Your best ideas won’t arrive perfectly folded. What’s one idea you’ve been sitting on that’s ready to spill out? Let me know below! 👇 #LearningDesign #InstructionalDesign #ContentCreation #AdultLearning #Ideation
