But, saddest part was the "rigorous chase" on every Senior & Mid Mgt...Training and Leave was not that easy.

17 hrs at Offce, crisis calls between 1am 7am were mandated to be responded....Else you may face termination too!
This Young Hardworking Chief impressed board....Young Guys from Andhra and TN were all praise ....Though we all believe TN and AP are most intellect, in this case, it was feeding the hunger of CHIEF's mind and Dreams...
Starting as fresher in early 20s specifically from Southern states (Few exceptions from Kerala) have a problem of being "too humble" ...Specifically erstwhile AP....With very limited fluency in English but their "Abroad" Zeal of South Indians ALIGNED with the GREEDY CHIEF and Capitalised the "TOO HUMBLE LESS LITERATE employees of AP&TN"....Less literate are more humble
