Healthy people... set boundaries exercise each day (even if it is light movement) avoid processed foods stand up for themselves take initiative make things happen don't make excuses prioritize sleep set goals toward a better future for themselves and others surround themselves with people who look forward, not behind talk about changing the world instead of changing people If your environment or job, or relationship is toxic, you can never be completely healthy. And you could be the happiest most purposeful person, but if you eat processed foods and get 2 hours of sleep a night you are not healthy. It's all integrated.
