IAS Conference key take aways # Ending HIV pandemic 1.U=U {undetectable HIV viral load is untransmittable HIV virus -programming to reduce incidence of HIV towards epidemiological eradication } 2.Long acting ART-Improving sustainable cost effective adherence 3.Eradicating and increasing treatment of STIs -removing pathological drivers of HIV transmision per heterosexual exposure to HIV . 4.Early cost effective diagnosis of Tuberculosis by increasing access and utilization of digital CXR ,TB the biggest driver of mortality (life years lost )among people infected with HIV. 5.Strategically branding HIV prevention services to be youth Friendly per locality -improving Concentration of payments ( investments) to youth Friendly centres and hence improving concentration of utilization of HIV prevention services towards the youth who are disproportionately affected by new hiv infections.Improving life time loyalty of use of HIV prevention services by at risk youth ,making the progressivity of financing of HIV youth Friendly centres more positive . The work is huge ,complex but very achievable.
