6moOver the past year i have worked with Ray Hau who was previously my nutritionist - who worked out the system for me in reducing inflammables, I've learnt alot that there were many foods with sodium that would continue to trigger my dsyregulated nervous system which i was battling - i've been trying to focus on fibre and proteins for my meals without over eating on processed foods, i believe is important to work with nutritionists to help balance your system.
