If it’s simple, it’s scalable. If it’s scalable, it’s successful. The formula is straightforward: build simple, make it replicable, find two wins, and let them multiply. I’m still figuring it all out, but one thing is clear—simplicity is the foundation. #theplumber

6 things to consider when scaling: 1) Make sure you have a good product-market fit (probably the most important, because if you don’t have this, the rest is irrelevant) 2) Make sure you have a good tech back end tech to reduce cancellations / churn 3) Scaling is easier when there is less human interaction 4) Understand your key metrics: - Cost of acquisition against life time value - Know your cash flow backwards to bridge any gaps when growing MRR 6) Attention to detail
