An educational email course is a meal plan. Like one prepared by Gorden Ramsay. Just like a meal plan helps you get the right nutrients in the right amounts at the right times, an email course delivers the right information in the right sequence. They help your audience digest info ↳ & put what they learn into action. The takeaway ↴ Email courses are a well-balanced, nourishing experience that feeds your audience’s souls. You'll have them saying "𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘪𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘧" 🤌 What is an EEC ? ↓ https://lnkd.in/gWS2D5hU 〜〜〜 DM me if you want a 5 star tasting menu! PS: Are you a fan of Hells Kitchen?

Craveable Obsessed update: I have finished the second round of edits and waiting on one foreword. We need to shoot the cover, and I must admit—it will be powerful! In re-reading the book, I found this quote. "I've discovered something about myself: when I'm deep in the "weeds," that's when I'm at my best. It's not chaos; it's my zone of clarity. That's where I sort everything out—what needs immediate attention and what I can whip up in no time. Every chef has their own ritual of zen. Mine kicks in when I turn the ignition of my car. Driving to work isn't just a commute; it's my strategy session. I map out my day, pinpointing exactly what needs to get done. It's not wishful thinking; it's a game plan. Then, there's the ride home. That's when I replay every slice and dice of the shift. It's my time to reflect on what went down and how I can sharpen things up for next time. This isn't just winding down; it's an essential debrief with myself. The drive is a place where I’m mindful of my day. Like Yoda said, "Do or do not. There is no try." I can't wait until the book is released - head to www.baconcartel.com and sign up for the LIST. #chef #chefslife #mentalhealth #Foodaddiction #restaurantlife #ouichef

It’s Social Saturday Today 😌😌 So here goes…. Totally Unrelated and Just Random I’m no chef but I can coook!!… whether in the kitchen or in my workspace. You just need to give me the raw materials or tell me where I can source them and I’ll deliver you a plate of your answered needs!😂😂 The hard part now is getting to edit all the videos into one. Don’t you just love it when hours and efforts can convert into something really useful? Can you guess the food I made for this protein option!?? You’ll get a plate if you do I promise👏😌 I remember the one time I fried chicken 🥲. I won’t blame myself too much tho, I was really sick and I left my chicken to fry itself to glory 😅. Anyways, I understand the amount patience that is required in making food. Some persons are of the thought that, “you slave 5hrs in the kitchen only to eat the food in 5 minutes 🙂↕️”. Food has levels o, not when chicken is involved!. I think beyond the end result, what I have learnt from cooking is that, everything matters; From the raw materials, to water levels, to the timing for each part , to the temperature/heat required!. The process is just a teaching moment on its own. If one step goes wrong, it’ll take expertise to maneuver it back on track. Anyway, I’m no chef 😅 but I can cook what I can eat🥰💯. I know you’ve ruined food before, within or outside your control!😂😂.. trust me I know. I want to hear it in the comments 😅 Or are you the type that is alien to the kitchen 🫣.. you just take whatever you’re served, you can’t even tell the different ingredients used. I still want to know😅. #TejiriAganbi #SocialSaturday #VirtualAssistant
