Gesunde Ärztinnen und Ärzte für gesunde Patientinnen und Patienten
1. Für eine optimale Betreuung und Behandlung der Patientinnen und Patienten braucht es gesunde Ärztinnen und Ärzte.
2. Die Gesundheit von Ärztinnen und Ärzten ist entscheidend für eine hohe Qualität ihrer Arbeit. Es liegt im gesamtgesellschaftlichen Interesse, ihre Gesundheit zu erhalten.
3. Das Wohlbefinden der Ärztinnen und Ärzte und das Wohlergehen aller anderen Team-Mitglieder hängen voneinander ab.
4. Die Selbstfürsorge und Selbstregulation wird von Beginn des Studiums bis zur Pensionierung praktiziert und gefördert.
5. Die physische und psychische Gesundheit von Ärztinnen und Ärzten hat eine hohe gesellschaftspolitische, akademische und unternehmerische Priorität.
6. Die psychosoziale Belastung, die von Ärztinnen und Ärzten getragen wird, muss anerkannt, adressiert, erforscht und thematisiert werden.
7. Ein ausgeglichenes Privat- und Berufsleben muss gefordert, gefördert und respektiert werden. Dies gilt sowohl in der Aus- und Weiterbildung als auch im Berufsalltag und bei Karrierechancen.
8. Die Gesundheit von Ärztinnen und Ärzten zu schützen, zu bewahren und zu fördern liegt in der Mitverantwortung von politischen, akademischen und beruflichen Institutionen.
9. Respekt und Toleranz sind fundamentale Werte in der Aus- und Weiterbildung sowie während der gesamten beruflichen Tätigkeit. Eine offene Kommunikationskultur, das Bewusstsein für Probleme in Zusammenhang mit Abhängigkeiten, Diskriminierungen oder Belästigungen muss gefördert werden.
10. Die Rahmen-, Vertrags- und Arbeitsbedingungen während Studium und Berufstätigkeit müssen die Gesundheit der Ärztinnen und Ärzte schützen. Arbeitgeber, Aus- und Weiterbildungsstätten halten sich an die geltenden Rechtsgrundlagen.
11. Die Zeit, die aus gesetzlichen und reglementarischen Gründen für die Aus-, Weiter- und Fortbildung aufgewendet wird, gilt als Arbeitszeit (z.B. Ultraschallkurs).
12. Die geltenden gesetzlichen Grundlagen müssen während der Aus- undWeiterbildung und des Berufslebens eingehalten werden. Dazu gehören z.B. die Bestimmungen zu Arbeitszeit, Gesundheitsschutz und Fürsorgepflicht.
13. Leadership muss befähigend, respektvoll und fürsorglich sein. Es ist eine wichtige Voraussetzung, um die Gesundheit der Ärztinnen und Ärzte zu erhalten und zu fördern. Wertschätzendes Leadership kann erlernt werden.
14. Strukturierte interprofessionelle Teamarbeit hilft, die emotionale und fachliche Belastung zu verteilen. Gemeinsame Verantwortung trägt zur Erhaltung der Gesundheit und des Wohlbefindens von Ärztinnen, Ärzten und Teams bei. Sie muss gefördert und systematisch in die Arbeitsorganisation integriert werden.
