Introducing our newest feature: Sterilizer Weight Limits! Sterilizers are designed with a weight limit to ensure that trays are properly sterilized and ready to be used in the operating room. Surpassing the weight limit not only results in ineffective sterilization of trays, but it also can cause mechanical strain and harm to the sterilizer's components. With the new Sterilizer Weight Max feature, you can specify tray weights and set sterilizer weight limits in the Items Module. Then, as you build your load and scan your items in the Sterilizer Module, a red screen will appear and prompt you to remove the necessary trays if you exceed the specified sterilizer weight limit.
