If you have any type of #rental property, #commercial or #residential, you know that when one #tenant moves out you have to #prep for the next one to move in. Here are a few tips to help you prepare for the #spring, one of the busy times for #renters and #lessees. A #spring #cleaning, if we may so say: 🏢 Curb appeal - We're staring #outside, with what is seen first. You don't have to spend thousands of $$ to make it look great but showing the exterior #building and #landscape some love goes a long way. 🍴 Kitchen - if a tenant is moving out of an apartment or commercial space that has one, the room will need a deep clean. Might even be time for an update to the space. 🪑 Rooms - whether this be #office space or #bedrooms, they will need a good cleaning too. This is easy - dust everything and wipe everything down. Again, you might need to update this room with paint depending on what it looks like. 🚽 Bathrooms - clean these last. Scrub it all down, bath tub, shower, toilet sink, all of it.
