Our team at Dream, alongside teams from MAGNA Engineering Services Inc., Source2Source Inc., and Wilco Contractors Northwest Inc. recently toured the ongoing construction of ambitious 32-acre ‘Storm Park’ located in our Alpine Park community. This innovative park will function as a sophisticated stormwater management system, implementing novel technologies such as dual Nautilus Ponds™ integrated into a self-sustaining Stormwater Kidney™ biofiltration system, designed to mimic natural wetland environments. Unlike conventional stormwater management systems typical to new greenfield communities, Storm Park will provide a beautiful active natural space back into the city to be enjoyed by residents for decades to come. In a recent Globe and Mail article, legendary chef and restaurateur, Costas Spiliadis brings casual luxury and authentic Greek cuisine to Bay Street with Milos Toronto.   Located at 330 Bay, estiatorio Milos is our latest addition to the Dream Collection. The iconic restaurant features a two-storey atrium set within the building’s original heritage-designated facade.    Inside, “the 225-seat space is outfitted with a mix of banquettes and contemporary oak-framed chairs softened with chenille. Dozens of custom pendant lights, inspired by traditional Greek fishermen’s lamps, hang like fat olives from the ceiling.
