Most people don’t need a full gym. The bells and whistles are nice, but something minimal that lets you hit major movement patterns is a good start. A sandbag makes sense for those who don’t want to invest in a garage gym or a gym membership but want the benefits of a full-body workout with minimal equipment. Benefits of a sandbag: - Takes up very little space - Can be customized for weight - Can be used for pushing, pulling, squatting, hinging, and loaded carrying If you’re unsure about equipment, a sandbag isn’t the worst choice.

Having access to a gym is great. You have lots of options as far as equipment goes to add lots of variety to your workout. But you can have a simple home gym with some high tension resistance bands, adjustable dumbbells and a bench and you can get a great workout. I design custom workouts for clients based on what they have access to. Home gym or pro gym i have you covered.
