In the latest season of Top Chef US one of their challenge is to create a Radler and to pair it with German Food (the Top Chef way).
So if you don't know a Radler is a classic Beer and Lemonade blend in Germany. 50/50. As simple as that and it's in general lemonade (or other citrus-ade)
But when you ask a Top Chef to think about a Radler blend you reach a very new level of creativity! Below is what came out of it and that just confirms an important point: When you want to innovate, consider involving people from adjacent categories! How about inviting a chef? a mixologist ? a vintner? ...!
