Happy Friday! Another end to an awesome week! By witnessing the value of inclusion firsthand, it’s hard not to feel responsible for making it a topic of discussion. Yet, someone with the Responsibility strength makes it their duty. Here are a few Responsibility characteristics. --- People with Responsibility are highly honorable. --- They hold themselves to a high standard and are known for going above and beyond. --- Commit to their word and hold themselves accountable to it. When I consider having someone on my team with responsibility, I appreciate their dedication. I can always count on someone who has Responsibility as their strength. They are the glue that holds all our efforts together. I couldn’t do it without them.
