This next Titan will lead our sales efforts, be empowered to elevate the sophistication of our sales practice, and be expected to be a leader within both Irish Titan and the “ecosystem” (if you don’t know what that term means, you’re not qualified). The requirements are to the point: - Experience selling ecommerce solutions - Experience leading sales teams - Be a Titan (ie, fit our culture, no joke, bring your battle-ready kilt) - Live in MN or TX (b/c of our Titan only model) You’ll have material to work with in this position - 20 years of Irish Titan’s brand, reputation and ecommerce experience, an existing sales team, our sales process and tooling as it stands today (and freedom to reimagine that), and Irish Titan's marketing and channel practices to work alongside.  Job titles can be misleading. There can be a BD job which is a senior role and another which is basically a field sales rep. Likewise a SD role can have P&L responsibility and another is just a title for a sales manager role, or an MD role which is more like a GM role. Without a salary indication it is often a stab in the dark. I have just completed an assessment for what sounded like a senior role but from the questions is nothing like. This lack of clarity wastes everyone’s time.
