3 reasons why you should hire sales reps with service industry experience When you’re looking for your next account executive, keep an eye out for people who have worked in the service industry. The reasons being is that they have experience: ✅ Understanding clients’ needs. ✅ Building rapport. ✅ Quickly finding solutions for their clients. Bonus: They have experience upselling. (I can’t say no when asked if I want peppercorn crust on a New York Strip steak!) So, next time you're hiring for a sales role, don't overlook those with service industry experience.
