Did you know Dripping Springs ISD offers a Real Estate course for students? This course equips graduates to enter the real estate industry, focusing on the professional and ethical standards required for practicing real estate in Texas. The curriculum covers various aspects of real estate, including different property types, legal practices related to contracts and agency agreements, practical application of contract forms, and real estate finance. Upon completing the course, students who are at least 18 years old are eligible to take the state’s real estate salesperson licensing exam.
