So, always remember to establish your own sense of logic, filter, clarity and perseverance - then release and how these will be your guiding light to shine through. 💡 And if that doen’t do it for you? Rowling, this marvelous author with the imagination of a golden feathered fairy faced countless rejections before Harry Potter became a global phenomenon. These “out-of-the-box” thinkers didn't waste time convincing the doubters; they believed relentlessly in their own honey; creating it day after day and even eating it alone when none believed in them…taking the risk to the other side..even it they were all alone against the World… So, take a deep breath, stay focused on your goal, and let your results speak for themselves. Keep producing your honey, and leave the flies to their own devices. On one hand I love this. On the other I think there is a deeper analysis needed than what most people first take it as... this is imposing a human set of preferences or values unfairly on these insects. Nature has evolved these different insect species and they have different uses for each. Bees collect nectar, which become honey that they can store as food.. it's also a survival strategy. Flys want rotting stuff to not only eat, but lay their eggs in an environment where their offspring might best survive... it's their strategy. So to each, honey or poop, it is the best for them. Hence... if something is wonderful to you, so what if someone else doesn't like it. Your treasure can still be their trash, but don't waste your time and energy explaining what's right for you. You do you. Keep going forward.

It was very good to be part of the Agency Hackers event yesterday looking at how companies are using AI tools right now. We spoke a lot about the impact that AI is going to have on business in the future. Having heard all about how it's going to change the whole world, the main use cases still at this point seem to be how people can use ChatGPT (and GPT via layers on top) to make their work quicker or effectively have an assistant to bounce ideas off, check work, improve writing for £20 a month. For those that *can* use it, then great! Get to know it like the back of your hand and learn how to adapt your role to use it at the right time for the right thing. As for how AI is going to change the world of work though, for me, this year is far far more likely to be changed by AI when it comes to elections. This year is going to see more votes cast by people across the world than any year in history. AI will definitely be used by various factions (both good and bad) to share misinformation, deep fakes and much more to get people to swing their vote from one side to another. Unless the big platforms do more, and do more quickly to stop fake content getting out, the changes we make in our business will be trivial compared to the changes we see across the world with various characters getting control in their countries. #justsayin See this example if you've not already of what's going to happen in 2024. https://lnkd.in/e-aAN-n5

In fact, one of its most pivotal moments happened during World War II when a young British mathematician named Alan Turing cracked the uncrackable: the Nazi’s Enigma code. Yes, the very same code that was thought to be unbreakable, and which encrypted Nazi communications across Europe. Turing’s work not only shortened the war but also laid the foundations for modern computing and, eventually, AI.
