Complaining is not a strategy. However the ASA seems to be used less these days for true consumer complaints and concerns but by companies trying to disrupt others messaging or simply to create operational overhead. This very quickly becomes a tit-for-tat arms race (one I'm sadly very familiar with) where competing companies have no other option but to monitor competitors and x-complain, which is often the only way to keep the playing field level. https://lnkd.in/ehUMi_t5
