It's a 'newer' community - what could possibly go wrong??? We hear this a lot in the Community Association Industry. New homeowners are excited to move into a 'brand new' home. Then, issues start to pop-up with the construction. From leaking windows and doors, to flooded streets, to paver installations gone wrong - Boards of Directors need to find the help they need - legal help... Construction Defects can wreak havoc on Community Associations. But, most Board Members and Community Managers don't deal with these defects regularly in new communities - and that is where the problem lies. Looking at this from a "you don't know what you don't know" perspective, the Inframark team has created a YouTube Channel where these types of questions and concerns may be answered.
