Recently I heard about the 9-1 Rule for a healthy and mindful life. I found it interesting and thought to share with all of you❤️ 9️⃣ Aim towards better health with 9,000 steps a day. 8️⃣ Be hydrated by drinking 8 glasses of water. 7️⃣ Recharge with 7 hours of sleep each night. 6️⃣ Cultivate peace with 6 minutes of daily meditation. 5️⃣ Boost your energy with 5 servings of fruits. 4️⃣ Refresh your focus with 4 short breaks during work. 3️⃣ Sustain your wellbeing with 3 nutritious meals a day. 2️⃣ Allow a 2-hour gap between your last meal and sleep. 1️⃣ Energize your life with one physical activity that inspires you.
