'Guardians of Democracy'. Acronym! 'GOD'!? Can 'we' unite n stop the destruction of Democracies'? Democracy is the very foundation n glue that makes a nation function beneficially for the 'Majority' .... AND  What originally made Australia a great n attractive country in which to live. No Democracy!? Anger! Chaos! Civil commotion! Riots! Crime!  And then???? Dictatorship!? And then!!! Civil War! It is 23.59 in Australia's future survival as great place in which to live n work.

Who else thinks this tradition is outdated? It overshadows. It dampens. It trivializes. The true significance of 12.12.1964. The day a state was born. The day a people became a nation. The day an identity was conceived. A Republic is more than pomp and show. It’s more than a spectacle of power. It’s about unity. It’s about purpose. The declaration of a Republic is not a one-man show. It’s not about armoured cars or grand entrances. It’s a collective responsibility. For the whole country. And so is conflict resolution, folks. When guiding a team through conflict, remember this: You cannot bulldoze your way through it. You cannot ride over it like an armoured car in a stadium. It’s about listening. It’s about inclusion. It’s about carrying everyone with you. This is not a personal branding exercise. It’s not about looking heroic. It’s about the people. Nationalism, Economics, Institutionalism and Meritocracy are the biggest principles that should coexist with Democracy and Capitalism. This also require Freedom of Speech/Political Expression, as well as a fair election system that isn't rigged by the deep state (Unelected Bureaucrats).
