Mr Sullivan! Great to learn from you & your colleagues discussion & hear your knowledge & awareness of the complex & nuanced issues ahead of AI generated content! AI-made "deep-fake content" in this new Age of AI, may be one of the most challenging issues in US Law in the context of the harm it may create, and trust such content could damage long-term! And Yes! Now is the time to ask these hard questions! ..like when civil society finds the "rug of reality" has been pulled out from under it, how will or should society react? Can we fix such fundamental issues w/ExAnte regulation? ..or will regulation of deep-fake images only be possible once society suffers from it enough? (ie ExPost regulation) Will the "truth police" really be needed to confirm what is real & what is not? Rating Engines are part of an "all of the above solution set" that will be needed. I for one hope we are ready! DL
