Interested in Google's site reputation abuse spam policy? I just published episode 7 of 'SEO From The From Lines' covering why an algorithmic approach to enforcing site reputation abuse is the way forward. I cover the manual actions from May 7th, how blocking via robots.txt is NOT a valid approach (even according to Google), how noindexing content can go haywire, and how some international sites have not been impacted at all -- even though they are violating the spam policy. Here is the YouTube video, although you can find the episode wherever you consume podcasts (like Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and other platforms.) #google #seo #spam

At Clearlaw, we preach that AI will revolutionize the LegalTech landscape by transforming legal documents and contracts into data, allowing legal professionals to transition into legal orchestrators, and embedding Legal seamlessly across corporate functions. We want to thank our friends at Tonkean for having our CRO, Brendan Raybuck on the podcast. #legaltech #ai
I was recently a guest on the Modern Business Operations podcast by Tonkean with Seth Colaner. It was an exciting conversation about the future of LegalTech, where the industry is going, and why legal operations will transform in the same way business functions like Marketing, Sales, and HR have by becoming data-driven. It was a fascinating conversation for anyone interested in the future of LegalTech and AI tools like Clearlaw. I want to thank Tonkean for having me and Seth and the team for making me sound smart and knowledgeable! https://lnkd.in/gfQyc8zA

Our #TechDeckKaraoke viewership has been growing fast, and I thought it was bout time to refresh everyone on the format while pan-handling for guest volunteers. The rules of the show are simple. Guests show up with a 5-10 minute tech-related or tech-adjacent slide presentation that I've never seen, and know nothing about. We do some introductions, they hand me the deck, and I attempt to present their material as if I have a clue. I'm seeing the slides for the first time at the same time as the audience. Hilarity ensues. Guests then clown and correct me before presenting the material as intended. Finally, Sabrina Shafer judges who delivered it better. Unfortunately, I've never won. Want to share your knowledge, promote your company/solution, or present a concept while kicking my butt? Send me a message. We're always looking for dynamic guests to do my job for me, and make the show interesting. If you haven't checked it out, here's a favorite episode with the awesome Tim Davis: https://lnkd.in/g__MN83W

4moMr Sullivan! Great to learn from you & your colleagues discussion & hear your knowledge & awareness of the complex & nuanced issues ahead of AI generated content! AI-made "deep-fake content" in this new Age of AI, may be one of the most challenging issues in US Law in the context of the harm it may create, and trust such content could damage long-term! And Yes! Now is the time to ask these hard questions! ..like when civil society finds the "rug of reality" has been pulled out from under it, how will or should society react? Can we fix such fundamental issues w/ExAnte regulation? ..or will regulation of deep-fake images only be possible once society suffers from it enough? (ie ExPost regulation) Will the "truth police" really be needed to confirm what is real & what is not? Rating Engines are part of an "all of the above solution set" that will be needed. I for one hope we are ready! DL
