Absolutely horrible and nightmare of customer service from du Please start focusing on your customer service and experience before expanding your footprint and partnerships elsewhere. I have been waiting to get an issue resolved for two weeks with no response or correspondence from Du whatsoever! It is beyond me how a company like Du can have the worst customer support/service.

1moPlease improve customer service for SMEs. As an SME owner, I don’t want to use this forum to complain rather direct your focus to a very weak area, specially with regards to company trade license updates. Please connect with the government data sources and get the feeds directly, why ask the client to submit & resubmit even then your system doesn’t update & blocks our service.
