Training is essential to improving not only knowledge but also technique. You can teach a person, but not until they respectively put it into action can they become proficient. I was a firehose nozzleman on submarines. Knowing how to put out various types of fires is one thing. Quickly moving around a submarine's miniature spaces while wearing firefighting gear in the pitch dark takes some practice. #sleeplessdays #sleeplessnights #sleeplessdaysandnights
